Both the New York Pass and the New York Explorer Pass now include entrance to the Discovery Times Square exhibition. Although it opened in 2009 it has only recently been included with the passes.
There are currently three exhibitions running, each with its own entrance fee:

Art of the Brick – an exhibition of artwork made with Lego

Body Worlds: Pulse – a display of bodies that have been preserved after death. Perhaps not one for the faint-hearted!

Shipwreck! Pirates & Treasure – a “journey through thousands of years of maritime history.” featuring real gold & silver treasure and the technology used to operate underwater.
Using a New York Explorer Pass you can take in all three exhibits, but the New York Pass only includes any one of the three, although additional visits are at the discounted price of $15.
